Siebdruck

Für den Siebdruck werden Filme und Siebe benötigt. Bei diesem Druckverfahren wird die Farbe mittels Rakel durch zuvor – Ihrem Motiv entsprechend - farbdurchlässig angelegte Bereiche des feinmaschigen Siebes gedruckt. Alle Farben werden nacheinander aufgedruckt. Ein weiterer Vorteil des Siebdruck ist, dass Echtfarben gedruckt werden. Echtfarben werden ganz individuell nach Ihren Vorgaben und passend zu Ihren CI angemischt.

Auch ist die Verwendung von Druckfarben nach Spielzeugnorm EN71 möglich – sprechen Sie uns an!

UV-Direktdruck
> Ideal für kostengünstige und langlebige Werbemittel mit vielen Farben

Dieses Druckverfahren ist hervorragend geeignet für die Bedruckung von Kunststoffen. Die Drucktinte wird mit UV-Licht gehärtet. Keine Klischees, keine Siebe und keine Filme: Mit diesem Druckverfahren lassen sich Grafiken und Bilder kostengünstig umsetzen.

Personalisierungen lassen sich schnell und kostengünstig umsetzen, wie zum Beispiel auf jedem Lineal ein Name oder unterschiedliche Abteilung, unterschiedliche Unternehmensstandorte und vieles mehr.
