screen printing - sub anodized print
> This printing process is only used for anodized aluminum. The printing ink is enclosed in the anodized layer and thus achieves excellent durability. After the printing process, the material is "finished" anodized (compacted or boiled down). I.e. This subsequent work process creates a thin anodized layer that includes the pressure.
The anodized print is extremely abrasion-resistant and scratch-resistant, and withstands external influences for many years. It is also oil and thinner resistant.
There is a special color palette for this printing process. The choice of colors is very appealing and classy, but limited and not all color nuances can be mixed at will. See the color chart for sub-anodized colors in the download area.
