How do I get the right price offer for me?
For all articles you can make a variety of individual settings: number of pieces, selected printing proccess and number of colours determine the offer price. Calculation simple and fast!
Are there hidden costs?
No, we don't have hidden costs! Our prices are "real" prices and include all services to the finished product.
Are discounts possible?
If you pay in advance, we offer you a discount of 3%. Further discounts are possible for large quantities.
Distributors, agencies and major customers are offered individual discounts. For further information see here.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There are different minimum order quantities for our products which are automatically indicated in the shop for each product. We manufacture your individual product already at very small quantities.
What is the difference between the different materials?
We offer our products from various materials. These have the following properties for ruler-like products:

Can I use a design service?
We are happy to help you with the implementation and design of your advertising material.
Our service at a lump-sum cost contribution includes the following:
Coordination of your wishes in advance, checking of your existing digital data and, if necessary, adaptation for the selected printing process and creation of the release drawing with up to 2 phases of proofing.
You can order this service immediately when ordering. The costs are automatically allocated to the item price.
Can my CI be implemented?
Of course we take over your CI and take care of the appropriate implementation on your advertising material by considering the requirements.

You can order this service immediately when ordering. The costs are automatically allocated to the item price.
Can I create the draft myself?
For all our standard products, we provide you with corresponding standard sketches and graphic information as a pdf file. With the help of these templates you can create your own print template.
If the print data are made available to us completely, there are no further costs. As a free service, we always check your data for printability and, if necessary, make corrections in coordination with you.
What is a release drawing?
A release drawing is a digital image of your desired product with all order information. You will receive this after our free and professional data check. Please check the release drawing carefully. After your review, the production of your product will begins.
Can I order an exemplary sample?
We offer exemplary printed samples for many of our products. You can order them directly in the shop using the button "sample order". You will then receive a printed example sample from the desired article group.
We charge a small fee for samples. This fee will be credited when placing an order within 3 months.
Can I order an original sample?
We would be glad to create an original proof sample for your special product. All details will be coordinated with you in advance. We will let you know the individual costs in advance in an offer. When placing an order within 3 months, half of the costs will be credited.
Can I order an individual product developed for me?
Of course! We specialize in an individual production in form, material and colour. We are also at your disposal for the technical, constructive and mathematical development of data discs and data sliders. Products from lineale.de stand out for their function and precision.
How long are the delivery periods?
We manufacture all our products individually according to your wishes. All raw products and materials are available on stock. We are also prepared for larger quantities. Our standard processing time is 15 working days. It is also possible to deliver you by express. Can I exchange the goods if they don't meet my expectations?
We manufacture our products individually according to your wishes and with your data. For this reason, the products are non-returnable. Before the production starts you receive a proof print in pdf form for checking and approval. Feel free to use the opportunity of ordering a sample beforehand.
Where can I find the costs of shipping?
The shipping costs are shown to you directly in the shopping basket as a separate item. The costs are calculated according to the weight and volume as well as the destination country. For more information see here.
Who bears the customs and import charges?
The customer takes over the accruing customs and import fees. Please find out about any additional costs in advance. We are happy to assist you.
What are the terms of payment?
You can pay in advance with 3% discount or by PayPal. Customized terms of payment can be agreed for distributors, agencies and major customers.
Are my data safe?
We only use your data to process and handle your request or order. You can find our data protection notice here.
What if something went wrong?
We attach great importance to quality and performance and coordinate all details with you in advance. Production only starts after your approval. If, however, something is wrong, please contact us immediately. We will find a solution.
