Untereloxaldruck
> Ideal für hochwertige Werbemittel aus Aluminium mit einer über Jahre anhaltenden Werbebotschaft.

Dieses Druckverfahren wird ausschließlich bei eloxiertem Aluminium angewendet. Die Druckfarbe wird in der Eloxalschicht eingeschlossen und erreicht dadurch eine hervorragende Beständigkeit. Nach dem Druckvorgang wird das Material „fertig“ eloxiert (verdichtet bzw. eingekocht). D. h. durch diesen nachgeführten Arbeitsprozess wird eine dünne Eloxalschicht erzeugt, die den Druck mit einschließt.

Der Untereloxaldruck ist extrem abriebfest und kratzfest, hält viele Jahre äußeren Einflüssen stand. Auch ist er Öl- und Verdünnerfest.

Für dieses Druckverfahren gibt es eine spezielle Farbpalette. Die Farbauswahl ist sehr ansprechend und edel, aber eingeschränkt und es können nicht alle Farbnuancen beliebig gemischt werden. Sehen Sie dazu im Downloadbereich die Farbkarte für Untereloxalfarben.
